1.无线采集器通过天线发射无线射频信号作为传感器激励信号。

2.传感器天线接收该无线射频信号,通过叉指换能器的逆压电效应在基片表面激活一个声表面波。声表面波沿基片传播,被左右两个周期性反射栅反射形成谐振。该谐振器的谐振频率与基片的温度有关。叉指换能器通过压电效应将声表面波转变成应答的无线射频信号输出。
