Working principle of wireless temperature measurement system
通过无线温度传感器的单片微处理器控制将被测设备温度由温度传感器转换成数字信号,再通过无线发射接收模块传递至读写器,通过微处理器将采集到的温度信息,通过485通讯模块上传到一台PC计算机。
The temperature of the measured equipment is converted into digital signal by the temperature sensor controlled by the single chip microprocessor of the wireless temperature sensor, and then transmitted to the reader through the wireless transmitting and receiving module. The temperature information collected by the microprocessor is uploaded to a PC computer through 485 communication module.
将多个传感电子标签分布在读写器的周围,在有效的通讯范围内可以随意添加、删除、移动测温终端。读写器则安装在控制中心,控制中心计算机软件实时监控每个点温度的变化,温度监测计算机从测温通讯终端采集各监测点的运行温度数据,在数据库中作长期保存,实时显示监测点的温度变化曲线,并进行分析,一旦发现温度过热、或急剧升温到设置报警温度立即报警,实现足不出户掌握整个系统的发热状况。
A plurality of sensor electronic tags are distributed around the reader and can be added, deleted or moved at will within the effective communication range. The reader is installed in the control center. The computer software of the control center monitors the temperature change of each point in real time. The temperature monitoring computer collects the operating temperature data of each monitoring point from the temperature measuring and communicating terminal and keeps them in the database for a long time. The temperature change curve of the monitoring point is displayed and analyzed in real time. Once the temperature is found, the data is stored in the database. Overheating, or rapid heating to set the alarm temperature alarm immediately, to achieve enough not to go out to master the heating condition of the entire system.
