高压开关柜传统测温方法分析
目前,对高压开关柜进行测温的方法主要包括蜡片测温法和热红外测温法。

1蜡片测温法
1 wax plate thermometry
石蜡片的颜色会随温度的变化而变化,因此,可利用石蜡片来测量高压开关柜的温度。具体方法是,将石蜡片粘贴于设备连接部位,根据其颜色来判断被测温度,这种方法由于原理简单、成本低廉而获得广泛应用。但其需要凭个人经验来判断温度,因而准确率和可靠性比较低,另外也不能进行定量测量和实时在线监测。而且对高压开关触点、电缆接头等易发热部位因为在运行时几乎看不见而无法测量。

2热红外测温技术
2 thermal infrared temperature measurement technology
基于热红外的高压开关柜测温是利用红外测温枪、红外成像仪及紫外成像仪等热感应设备进行非接触式测温。其优点是测量范围大,准确度较高,可靠性较好,但是设备仪器昂贲,且需大量人力进行定期巡测,无法实现温度的实时在线监测。另外,由于高压开关柜内部件处于高电压、强磁场及密闭的运行环境中,测温石蜡片、热红外测温等常规的测温方式己无法实现柜内部件温度测量。目前,基于无线温度传感技术的高压供电设备温度实时监测是克服上述问题的一个比较理想的解决方案。
