无线测温系统工作原理
通过无线温度传感器的单片微处理器控制将被测设备温度由温度传感器转换成数字信号,再通过无线发射接收模块传递至读写器,通过微处理器将采集到的温度信息,通过485通讯模块上传到一台PC计算机。
The temperature of the device is converted into digital signal by a single chip microprocessor controlled by a wireless temperature sensor, and then transmitted to the reader through a wireless transmitting and receiving module. The temperature information collected by the microprocessor is uploaded to a PC through a 485 communication module.
将多个传感电子标签分布在读写器的周围,在有效的通讯范围内可以随意添加、删除、移动测温终端。读写器则安装在控制中心,控制中心计算机软件实时监控每个点温度的变化,温度监测计算机从测温通讯终端采集各监测点的运行温度数据,在数据库中作长期保存,实时显示监测点的温度变化曲线,并进行分析,一旦发现温度过热、或急剧升温到设置报警温度立即报警,实现足不出户掌握整个系统的发热状况。
Multiple sensor tags are distributed around the reader and can be added, deleted or moved at will within the effective communication range. The reader is installed in the control center. The computer software of the control center monitors the temperature change of each point in real time. The temperature monitoring computer collects the temperature data of each monitoring point from the temperature measuring communication terminal, stores it in the database for a long time, displays the temperature change curve of the monitoring point in real time, and carries on the analysis once the temperature is found. Overheating, or a sharp rise in temperature to set alarm temperature alarm immediately, so as to achieve no need to go out to grasp the heating status of the whole system.
