巡视目测法
Inspection and visual inspection
1、雨后比较设备上雨水蒸发程度来判断设备是否发热;
1. After rain, compare the evaporation degree of rainwater on the equipment to determine whether the equipment is heated;
2、冬季观测设备积雪融化程度来判断设备是否发热;
2. Observe the snow melting degree of the equipment in winter to determine whether the equipment is hot;
3、正常巡视时观测引线接头是否因为发热而变色;

红外热成像仪测温法

采用红外成像的方式给变电站所有设备进行扫描检查。
The infrared imaging method is used to scan and check all equipment in the substation.
传统的温度测量方式周期长、施工复杂,效率低,不便于管理,发生故障时要耗费大量的人力物力排查和重新铺设线缆。而在特定场合下监测点分散、环境封闭或有高电压,非在线检测没有大数据积累分析,很多测温方式无法实现24小时全天候测量工作。
The traditional temperature measurement method has a long period, complex construction, low efficiency, and is not easy to manage. In case of failure, it will cost a lot of manpower and material resources to check and lay cables again. However, in specific occasions, the monitoring points are scattered, the environment is closed or there is high voltage. There is no big data accumulation and analysis for off-line detection, and many temperature measurement methods can not achieve 24-hour all-weather measurement.
