无线测温系统概述

在工业系统中,温度是表征设备运行正常的重要参数。随着工业用电负荷的不断增长,为了避免因设备发热而导致的突发事件,温度的自动监测已经成为工业安全生产的重要环节。
In industrial systems, temperature is an important parameter to characterize the normal operation of equipment. With the continuous growth of industrial power load, in order to avoid unexpected events caused by equipment heating, automatic temperature monitoring has become an important part of industrial safety production.
运行中的电气设备通常工作在高电压和大电流状态,设备中存在的某些缺陷会导致设备部件的异常温度升高。造成温度与接触电阻值的恶性循环,最终会导致设备不能正常工作,甚至烧毁,温度过高可能会引起燃烧、爆炸甚至设备损坏或质量事故。
Electrical equipment in operation usually operates at high voltage and high current. Some defects in the equipment will lead to abnormal temperature rise of equipment components. The vicious circle of temperature and contact resistance will eventually lead to the failure of the equipment to work properly or even burn down. Excessive temperature may cause combustion, explosion, even equipment damage or quality accidents.
高压电气设备,由于故障测试手段有限,特别在开关箱和封闭母线内温度超限点更不易被发现。随着温升时间的延长,温度超限处将因发热而加大氧化程度,进而可能造成烧毁母线、触头、接点毁盘、停电等重大事故。
High voltage electrical equipment, due to the limited means of fault testing, especially in the switch box and closed bus temperature exceeding the limit point is more difficult to be found. With the prolongation of temperature rise time, the oxidation degree will be increased in the temperature exceeding limit due to fever, which may lead to serious accidents such as busbar burning, contact destroying, power outage and so on.
